- You must self-certify for the first 7 calendar days of any absence. A fit note from your GP is note required during this time
- A fit note is an assessment of your general fitness to work and is not specific to your job
- You can request a fit note online via patient access . If you request a fit note via reception, we may ask you some details about your circumstances
to ensure that you receive the best service
- If you may be able to work, with certain considerations, please do make this clear as we might be able to make suggestions to keep you working safely and effectively
