Welcome to Bilbrook Medical Centre’s Learning Disability Hub
We hope to continue to develop this over time but its aim is to provide information, resources and support for patients and their carers.
Are you on our learning disability register ? This is particularly important to check if you are a new patient. This will make sure you are invited every year for an annual review.
Be healthy, be happy, don’t miss out!
Reasonable adjustments are changes that we can make as a practice to make your experience at the practice easier for you. Please let us know how we can help you. Examples might be allowing longer to allow you to reply to questions, finding a quieter place to wait, visiting the practice before your appointment.
Stay well this winter. Making sure you are up to date with vaccinations (covid and flu) is very important to help prevent you from getting ill.
You are entitled to have screening offered to everyone. This can feel worrying if you are not sure what it involves. The following information may help, and remember you can speak to us.
