Where identified the Practice also captures patient feedback through patient surveys. This is where patient’s are encouraged to complete a questionnaire, about the surgery, your consultation in general and questions that have been identified by the Patients Participation Group.
Survey outcomes are discussed by the Patients Group to identify an action plan highlighting areas for development, review or change.
The questionnaires are confidential and we will not be able to identify who has completed them.
We feel it is important to gather the views of patients who have internet access, and those that do not use the internet.
