Patients are encouraged to complete a ‘Friends & Family’ Questionnaire available near reception or within each Doctors/Nurse room. Feedback can also be given online (see below). Feedback received this way is reported to the Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS England on a monthly basis, and displayed within the practice.
