Otherwise, please contact reception on 01902 847313 between 8am and 6.30pm.
You will be offered a telephone appointment initially with a nurse or doctor who when have spoken to you may ask you to come in for a face to face appointment. We may also request some information by e-mail or text (SMS) message.
We can perform video consultations if:

If you are asked to attend for a face-to-face appointment, our priority is to keep and you and others safe. Please:
- Do not attend if you have a fever- alert us by telephone instead
- Attend alone (or with 1 accompanying guardian if required)
- Wear a face covering
On arrival you will have your temperature taken and we will provide hand sanitizer for you to use. If your clinician is not available at the time of arrival, you will be directed to a designated seating area which is cleaned after every use.
Prescriptions
We encourage you to use Patient Access to request prescriptions online. You could also bring your repeat slip into surgery or we have slips in reception for you to complete. If you normally order your prescriptions via a nominated pharmacy you are able to continue doing so.
