During Covid-19 – The PPG meetings have not yet returned to Face-to-Face meetings, Zoom meetings have been considered with little interest, it is our aim to return to normal meetings as soon as the room is returned to full use.
We are hoping to return to four times a year, and are held at the practice on a Wednesday morning at 10 am. They are informal and start with a cup of tea/coffee.
The group welcomes new members. There is no obligation to attend every meeting. We also have representation from patients who want to be involved but cant make the meetings, where papers are sent via post or email and contact is via the practice manager either by email or via telephone. The group consists of around 16 patients and we try to encourage participation of all ages. This is to ensure we gain views from across the patient age range and appreciate that due to time or childcare issues it is not always possible to attend meetings during the day.
