Mind Matters

The Staffordshire Emotional Health and well being service supports young people with their mental health. They are there  for 5 to 18-year-olds(or care leavers and those with an education health and care plan up to the age of 24) who are living with mild to moderate mental health needs.

 

They offer information, advice and guidance, self-help tools, and up to six sessions of direct work. These sessions support young people with presenting issues such as anxiety, anger, low mood, stress, emotional regulation, phobias, identity and self-esteem.

  3. Alternatively, the young person or their parent/carer can get in touch with them directly via any of the methods above.
