Blood Pressure

Here, you’ll find all you need to monitor and manage your blood pressure.

  1. Use a monitor that checks blood pressure from your upper arm rather than your wrist. It is recommended that you change your monitor every 5 years. You can find a list of recommended blood pressure monitors here
  2. We may contact you by text message and if you feel that it is appropriate to measure your blood pressure at home you can respond with your readings.
  3. If your blood pressure is a little high, take a look at these tips from the British Heart Foundation.

Take a look at this guide from Blood Pressure UK which offers a comprehensive look at blood pressure monitoring.
