Welcome to our website! We hope you find it useful.

As you are now aware we are now collecting patient feedback.  You can do this by clicking on the link below or by completing a paper form within the practice.  Below are the comments received between December and March and we will update this information monthly.  We welcome your feedback within the practice.

Complaints or comments on the provision or services

Bilbrook Medical Centre aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients.  However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of the service, please let us know.

The practice operates a complaint/comment system and full details of how / where to raise your concerns/compliments about the service you receive are available at reception and displayed on the patient information board in the waiting area.

If you feel you have cause to comment or make a complaint please speak to a member of the reception staff who will try to resolve, or help to guide you through the process.  You can also put your comment or complaint in writing to the practice manager, or ask to speak to the Practice Manager.

Complaints are best dealt with as soon as possible and the staff at Bilbrook Medical Centre will do their best to try to deal with complaints as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of all concerned. Procedures will be looked at and changes made where identified.

Alternatively you can make a complaint direct for The Patient Services Team, NHS Staffordshire & Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit, or Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS).  For help in making a complaint about NHS funded treatment or care you can contact Independent Complaints Advocacy Service), the service also supports people who wish to make a complaint on behalf of someone they know.

Hopefully in the first instance you will use our complaints procedure.  This is by far the best way of getting your complaint resolved quickly and gives us the opportunity to look at your experience and if necessary review our practice procedures to improve the service we provide our patients.
